Dear researchers!
A.A.Bakikhanov Institute of History of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, “Azerbaijan History Society “Public organization invites historians and others who are interested to international scientific conference on the topic “The first democratic republic in the East and its place in the history of Azerbaijan” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the People’s Republic of Azerbaijan and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the “Azerbaijan History Society” Public organization that will be held in November 2018 in Baku.
Those wishing to attend the conference should submit their papers (8-10 pages) to irade.mammadli@gmail.com and tofig2014@rambler.ru until September 30, 2018. The materials of the conference will be published before the conference. All expenses of participants from other cities and foreign countries will be covered by the sending organization and by themselves.
The papers must be in line with the scientific orientation of the conference, should be devoted to actual scientific problems, and should be presented to the publication for the first time. The papers may be submitted in one of these languages – Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English.
Article Writing: Papers must be approximately 8 and 10 pages in length. Papers should be submitted in electronic version to irade.mammadli@gmail.com; tofig2014@rambler.ru. Papers should be prepared in Microsoft Word 2007-2010 and A4 paper, font Times New Roman size- 14, tables, references and the list of used literature and sources size 12, line spacing -1, 3 cm on the left, 1 cm on the right, and 2 cm from the top and bottom.
In the article, the title must be written in the center, bold, with capital letters and the author’s name and surname should be written on the right. Under the name and surname should be the name of the institution, organization and city where he (she) works, academic degree, academic title and e-mail address. Then after the author’s name and the title should be keywords (5-6 words) and 200 words in font size 12, in addition to article’s language the summary should be in Azerbaijani and English. In the summary in Azerbaijani and English, the title should also be shown. The list of used literature and sources should be numbered alphabetically at the end of the text, and the text should contain the literature and source numbers used in the brackets and the page. For example, [5, p.34] .The essence of the research work, the scientific conclusions of the author, the scientific novelty of the work, the importance of the application and so on should be reflected in brief.
The author must submit a copy of the paper printed in A4 format, an electronic version of the paper in CD or DVD disc, as well as phone numbers for contact.
